I have removed some of my older comics from here on Gumroad, because I feel they are not relevant to the current state of society any longer, and their content may do more harm than good. But I did not see this before.

My intention as an artist / animator is to create content that entertains my audience and makes them feel uplifted, inspired, and comfortable to explore fantasies in the most healthy ways possible.

Before I explain my current feeling about my career, please keep in mind that I am very open minded to ways in which I could work with others to make a profit. If anyone values my older work, please know that I am more than happy to share it with anyone who wishes, and I would still be happy to market it in some form, revamp it, change the content as publishers would prefer, if they were interested.

The artwork and the comics I created from my late adolescence to my mid twenties, I feel, has been spawned from a very unhealthy state of confusion and trauma. At the age of 37, I don't feel comfortable sharing those older comics and promoting them as proudly, at least not right now. There might a time in the future where some audiences might relate to the older stories I created, as catharsis, or simple appreciation of a certain kind of shock value. But for now, given the interactions that I have had with people locally, I don't feel like those old scifi/horror comics I made really have a place anywhere that anyone will want or appreciate them. And that's okay. I have moved on from so much of the unpleasant energies that went into the creation of those books. I feel very comfortable just letting them go and forgetting them.

I do very much love and adore the current projects I am deeply mesmerized by, as I have been studying much more about actual animation, movement, and even interactive media. I'd love to continue developing and expanding upon these current projects, which are intended to be much more presentable to a broader audience.

I currently have an experimental Boomer Shooter, with a whacky uplifting and possibly light hearted tone and color pallete, called "Star Haven : Balls of Plasma."

At this time in October 2024, I have at least temporarily abandoned web comics and graphic novels as a viable source of profit for my career, seeing where society is going and what is selling. Mobile games are hot merchandise, interactive media is where a lot of marketing is going.

So you can support me by buying these few comics I have on gumroad for now, but I am busy actually animating these stories, rather than simply story boarding them as graphic novels. And I would first promote this litte game I made in the GZ Doom Engine, Star Haven Balls of Plasma, which has several sequels planned and in development.
